Prado I is situated in the lovely Cortes district in the heart of Madrid, commonly referred to as Barrio de Las Letras, The building has a classic façade and an elevator.
The historic neighborhood of las Letras is one of the most charming and interesting places in Madrid, with a bohemian flavor and magic quality that makes it unique in the world. It still retains an aura of tradition in its architecture, its narrow cobblestone streets, its many pedestrian streets, its history, and its tranquility.
Guests can enjoy an array of interesting and peculiar shops, nice restaurants, and traditional tapas bars which are a big attraction for tourists. The area boasts great nightlife activity around the Calle Huertas and the popular Plaza de Santa Ana, one of the spots most frequented by locals and visitors, famous for its terraces.
This neighborhood lies west of the famous Retiro Park which is just 8 minutes walking distance. The apartment is also a stone’s throw away from the popular and lively Santa Ana square, the Palacio de las Cortes (Spanish Congress of Deputies), and the Paseo del Prado. The Paseo del Prado is home to the famous Prado Museum, as well as the Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Reina Sofía museums, must-see places to visit in Madrid. Caixa Forum and Tabacalera are two other two exhibition spaces located in the area, offering guests the chance to enjoy some of the best art collections in the world right on their doorstep.
Thanks to its central location, the apartment is well connected to the rest of the capital with transport options available in the area. The nearest metro station is Antón Martín.
Prado I is decorated in a sophisticated style with modern design furniture combined with exquisite vintage pieces, books, and gorgeous contemporary artworks from well-known artists. Access to the apartment is direct to a large hall that features the dining area comprised of a vintage wooden table and chairs from the 50s that sit 6 people, for more formal meals.
Passing the dining area is the comfortable and bright lounge area with seating in calming neutral hues and two large balconies to Prado street. It is fitted with two two-seater, sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table with beautiful books, side tables, and a designer floor lamp. There is a built-in library with artworks, books, and a wall-mounted large Smart TV. The space is dominated by two large interesting and colorful paintings hanging on the walls together, and many sculptures. Every element adds the ultimate touch of luxury to this characterful apartment.
A hallway leads to a separate modern kitchen with white cabinets, black granite countertop, and stainless steel appliances. It features a large wooden table with six light grey leather chairs offering guests a place to enjoy breakfast or a light meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.
Adjacent is a laundry room with a sink, a wine cooler, and a storage room.
The spacious master bedroom is one of a kind, with a beautiful enclosed balcony with exterior views, and a lounge area. It is fitted with an electric double bed (2.00 x 2.00m) comprised of two separate mattresses joined together (the sheet set is for a double bed). There is an upholstered modern headboard, two designer night tables with lamps, a beautiful designer floor lamp, a large kilim rug, two yellow armchairs, a table, and gorgeous colorful paintings. The room provides direct access to a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower enclosure, a WC in a separate room, and a stylish walk-in closet with red sliding doors.
The second bedroom is spacious and decorated in grey and white tones. It has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) that is placed against a unique wall-to-wall upholstered headboard, two modern night tables, a designer danish armchair, a beautiful antique chest, and varied artworks on the walls.
The second bathroom is outside the room, serving as a guest bathroom as well. It has a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is decorated in beige tones and has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) set against a wall-to-wall upholstered headboard, two modern night tables with lamps, a comfortable chaise-lounge in turquoise fabric, and a large kilim rug. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walking closet.

• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Payment: Guests shall pay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
