ALCALÁ I has one of the best locations in Madrid, in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood, known for its elegant buildings and tree-lined streets together with designer boutiques and excellent restaurants. It is just one block from Retiro Park and a few steps from Príncipe de Vergara Street. The Retiro Park is the largest and most elegant park in Madrid, a popular and magnificent place for a stroll.
The modern, attractive, and stylish apartment boasts a beautiful design employing clean lines, high-quality furniture, and attention to detail, together with impeccable architectural finishes -like the coffered ceiling in the living area- and good lighting design. The spacious living and dining area is distributed in an open layout which gets plenty of natural light from the four large windows with exterior views of Alcalá Street and the magnificent classical façade of neighboring buildings. On one side, there is a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating options for relaxing and entertaining. It has a fireplace and two hidden wall closets/panels that serve as a library and a bar. There is a dining with a modern black table with room for 8 – ideal for group meals with guests.
The attractive separated kitchen is modern and decorated in white – equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of storage space. The appliances are all hidden behind white paneling. Plus, there is a small laundry space with a washer, a dryer, and a sink with a sliding door to separate the kitchen from the laundry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient office/breakfast area with a table for informal meals that sits 6 people and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
With 3 bedrooms in total, 2 of them double and one of them with two single beds, ALCALÁ I can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom gets good natural lighting from the windows and has en suite bathrooms which allow for privacy and comfort for our guests.
Additionally, there is a beautiful guest toilet in the hall to the bedroom area with gorgeous wallpaper.
The apartment also boasts a cozy and comfortable TV room with a large modern L-shaped sofa, a cabinet, and a large wall-mounted Smart TV.
The master bedroom has a 1.80×2.00 m double bed, a walking closet with plenty of storage space, and a beautiful wood paneled wall with a hidden closet. A modern en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a 1.60 x1.90 m double bed and plenty of built-in closets, plus an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes two 0.90×1.90 m single beds, large built-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment displays wood flooring in all areas except for the marble-tiled bathrooms and the kitchen.
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Payment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) 3.5% additional charge will apply for all American Express payments.
• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.

- Cancellations made 14 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
