This cozy, modern and bright apartment has been fully renovated and is located in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most desired areas to stay in Madrid. Known for its upscale and luxury atmosphere, classic architecture and tree-lined streets alongside international fashion boutiques, luxury shopping, excellent restaurants, charming cafés and high end businesses. The apartment is located in a lively, commercial area of the barrio de Salamanca, very close to the Plaza Manuel Becerra, and a 10-minute walking distance to Las Ventas, the largest bullfighting ring in Spain. It is also 15 minute walking distance to the famous Retiro Park, known as Madrid’s green jewel and a favorite attraction for visitors to unwind from the city buzz.
The apartment is very well connected and steps from Manuel Becerra metro station and bus stops, allowing guests to move around the city with ease.
Alcalá is a busy and commercial street, perhaps Madrid’s most famous, with the most varied shopping for every budget and taste. The property is also close to the WiZink Center concert hall which hosts a range of events throughout the year, and the El Corte Inglés department store, which is occupied two large buildings on both sides of Calle Goya.
Located on the 3rd floor of the building, this cozy and comfortable apartment is beautifully lit with natural light thanks to its two large balconies. The open plan layout is comprised of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a homely feeling with a sofa-bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and a beautiful composition of prints on the wall. There is also a console and a Smart TV. A dining room table provides space for six guests to enjoy meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high appliances and all necessary utensils. It has an island bar with a pair of stools.
The apartment’s bedrooms are both very bright. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a padded headboard, night tables, a smart flat-screen TV, built-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) with a padded headboard, night tables, a flat-screen TV, built-in closets. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The whole apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms which have ceramic tile floors.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours

Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
