It is a smart home, equipped with an automation system including air conditioning, heating, lighting, and security functions. It is located in a luxury building completely renovated on the inside that has kept its classic façade with its historical elements such as the ornate facade and iron balconettes.
It offers robotic parking, a spectacular wine cellar with a tasting area, and a spacious gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a sauna; all this in a vaulted space with bricks from the early twentieth century.
Located on Barquillo Street, in the neighborhood of Justicia-Chueca, it is the trendiest area in Madrid. The sophistication extends to Calles Almirante, Argensola, and Fernando VI, among others.  Known as the “Soho” of Madrid for its bohemian and more liberal, casual character, it is filled with some of the best galleries of contemporary art, boutiques of independent designers, cutting-edge shops, theaters, creative restaurants, and stylish bars and cafes that give this neighborhood its magic.
Barquillo I is just a block from Alcalá Street, 4 min. walk to Plaza de Cibeles and 11 min. walk to the Puerta de Alcalá and the gorgeous Retiro Park -the green oasis of the capital- the ideal place to escape from the hustle of the city.
A word that could define this property is exclusivity. Minimalist design predominates, with sober modern designer furniture. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share the same luminous space, thanks to the large windows with balconies that fill the floor with light throughout the day overlooking a beautiful garden and a private street that is a haven of peace.
The style, very modern and where simple lines predominate, far from making the interior cold, has given it a pleasant atmosphere incorporating a large modern L-shaped sofa, a yellow armchair, marble coffee tables, a beautiful designer white bookcase mounted on the wall, and a TV console with a Smart TV.
The dining room has a large marble dining table with seating for 6 people with leather seating. Integrated into this space is the modern kitchen with an island with stools, fully equipped with the highest quality of appliances and everything necessary to satisfy the most demanding clients.  You will find a wine cooler and a high-tech extractor hood with a remote control hidden in the ceiling.
The master bedroom is a dreamlike space the size of a presidential suite with minimalistic decor. It is very spacious and bright thanks to its two large windows. It features a double bed with a headboard (1.80 x 2.00m), two bedside tables with lamps, an armchair, and a large format Smart TV. It has a modern, large, and elegant bathroom ensuite with 2 sinks and a shower cabin. It also features a separate very spacious dressing room.
The second bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 2.00m) with a fabric headboard, night tables, and lamps. It has fitted wardrobes and a bathroom next door with a shower which also serves guests.
The third bedroom contains two twin beds (1.00 x 2.00m) with a fabric headboard, night table, a walking wardrobe, and plenty of storage space in the large built-in closets. It features a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower.
There is a laundry closet with a washer and a dryer.
Close to Barquillo I is the Instituto Cervantes,  Mapfre Foundation and Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Museums. Other cultural centers include the CÃrculo de Bellas Artes and many other theatres. There is also the local market San Antón which gives you an authentic Madrileño experience.

PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
