This extraordinary and modern three-bedroom apartment offers its guests an exceptional space that stands out for the design furniture of recognized firms, its great comfort, luxury and excellent location. It is on the third floor of a luxury building completely renovated inside that has kept its classic façade. It offers robotic parking, a spectacular wine cellar with tasting area and a spacious gym with state-of-the-art equipment and sauna; all this in a vaulted space with bricks from the early twentieth century.

Barquillo I is a smart home, equipped with an automation system with air conditioning, heating, lighting and security functions.

Located on Barquillo Street, in the neighborhood of Justicia-Chueca, the most chic area of ​​the city, the “Soho” of Madrid, it is known for its bohemian character, casual with some of the best galleries of contemporary art, boutiques of independent designers, cutting-edge shops, very good restaurants and bars,

A word that could define this property is Exclusivity. In each corner the details of good taste and design predominate, with a sober and sophisticated decoration. Living room, dining room and kitchen share the same luminous space, thanks to the large windows with balconies that fill the floor with light throughout the day. Inside the cabinets you will find a wine cooler and hidden in the ceiling, a high-tech extractor hood with a remote control. The dinnerware and glassware are by Villeroy & Boch.

The master bedroom is a dreamlike space with the size of a presidential suite. It is very spacious and bright thanks to its two large windows overlooking a beautiful garden and a street that is a haven of peace. It features a double bed with headboard (1.80 x 2.00m), two bedside tables with lamps, a design desk with chair and a large format Smart TV. It has a modern, large and elegant bathroom ensuite with 2 sinks and a shower cabin. It also features a very spacious dressing room equipped with a safe.

The second bedroom features two double beds (1.50 x 2.00m) with an attractive fabric headboard that incorporates a table with a lamp. It has fitted wardrobes, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony through which a nice light enters.

The third bedroom contains a double bed (1.50 x 2.00m) with a fabric headboard, built-in wardrobe, smart TV and a balcony with a nice view towards a garden.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%:  Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%:  Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.

All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer.  We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).

CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours. 
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged. 
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.

CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am.  Contact us for late check-out policy.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning every 10 days (2 hours min., 15€/hour).

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.

RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
