This stylish and modern three-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most sought after Madrid neighborhoods: the trendy barrio de Justicia, known for its hip boutiques, art galleries, trendy bars and very good restaurants.
This neighborhood is known as Madrid’s SoHo: a vibrant, innovative and entertaining area which has been revitalized in recent years and is the ideal place for design and art lovers thanks to its exclusive avant-garde, chic shops and contemporary art galleries.
Campoamor I is located on the second floor of a classical building with exterior views to the nice Campoamor street, after which the apartment is named. The building has an elevator but no doorman.
The apartment features beautiful interiors with top of the line furniture and materials. It combines modern design pieces together with abstract contemporary art and a sophisticated style. All this make it the perfect home away from home where you will find all the comforts to relax during your family trip in Madrid.
The large and bright living and dining room area has an open plan with three large balconies with tall windows that overlook the street and fill the house with plenty of natural light. The decor is elegant contemporary with attention to details, contributing to create a very special warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, a glass coffee table with art books and beautiful crystal pieces, an interesting Kartell standing lamp and a modern arm chair in acqua velvet, together with side tables, a flat screen smart TV, a gorgeous rug with geometric patterns and beautiful decor accents.
A modern dining room sits 8 people in a white marble square table with purple resin chairs and benches. You will also find a beautiful bar cabinet next to it.
The modern kitchen has elegant black cabinets and a wood table with Kartell stools. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need for your stay. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer/dryer and built-in closets.
The bedrooms have a minimalistic decor, each with built-in closets.
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m), a fabric headboard, night tables and lamps, built-in closets, an armchair and a Smart TV. A large walking closet is at the entrance of the bedroom which also has and en-suite bathroom with a glass shower cabin.
The second bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m) with a fabric headboard, built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has a trundle bed (.90 m x 2.00m) -a bed that is stored under a normal bed, and that can be wheeled out.
The third bathroom has a shower and is located in the bedroom’s hallway.
You will surely look forward to returning to the beauty and
modern comforts of this apartment located in one of Madrid’s hottest spots.
The name of the neighborhood is due to the fact that it houses the headquarters of the Supreme Court and the Court of Auditors. Also in this neighborhood is the famous Chueca area, which in the mid 90s became the gay district of Madrid, and stands out for its bohemian atmosphere and eclectic shops.
Guests can explore the rest of the city with ease due to the proximity of Alonso MartÃnez and Chueca metro stations, as well as bus and taxi stations.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Weekends, an additional fee of 30 € will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.
CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am. Contact us for the late check-out policy.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
