This stylish and spacious apartment has an extraordinary location in the exclusive Salamanca district. It is steps from the famous Retiro Park and in front of one of the prettiest churches in the city whose gorgeous dome can be viewed from the apartment´s living room.
The district of Salamanca, popularly known as barrio de Salamanca, boasts beautiful tree-lined streets and 19th c. elegant buildings with majestic classical facades. This area is home to excellent restaurants, international designer shops, exclusive boutiques, nice cafés, and museums.
The apartment is two blocks from the famous Serrano street, compared to New York´s Fifth Avenue Street, and very close to the iconic 18th c. Puerta de Alcalá, the first neoclassical triumphal arc built in Europe after the Roman empire. Lagasca II is also within walking distance of the chic gastro market Mercado de la Paz, a popular destination for locals and tourists.
Designed in a colorful modern style, this three-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates six guests. There is a mix of modern and classic elements that create a space filled with character and personality.

The apartment is located on a second floor of a classical building facing east, whose interior has been recently renovated. There is only one apartment per floor.
The front door opens into a large entrance hall that leads to the main room to the left, and the bedroom area to the right. The large and bright living room becomes the heart of the home. It features three balconies with curtains and is furnished with fine art, a couple of neutral two-seater sofas, four armchairs that offer guests a place in which to relax, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, giant elephant fangs, and an attractive library. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a large format artwork on the wall and a large rectangular table that sits eight people. The spacious kitchen with a center aisle is semi-open to the dining room. It is fully equipped and has high-quality appliances. There is a door to the open laundry area with a sink, washer, and dryer. There is a comfortable family room before entering the bedroom area. It is a casual area to relax and it is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a desk with a chair, and a Smart TV.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1.80 x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, an armchair, a sofa, large built-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, lamps, and built-in closets. The third bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, a couple of armchairs, and built-in closets. The second bathroom is shared by the two rooms and has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom.
The building has an elevator and concierge. It is very well connected with a number of metro and bus stations. The Retiro metro station is steps from the building.
Overall, Lagasca II is the ideal option for guests who are looking for a serene space in the best Madrid location.
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Payment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
