Lagasca IV is a stylish modern apartment with a fabulous interior of clean lines, and a fresh atmosphere that is incredibly relaxing. It is full of natural light thanks to the wide large windows of the living and dining areas. This property would be amazing for a small family wishing to experience Madrid from a comfortable and modern home with the best location.
The property has been styled using good quality modern furniture with contemporary artwork and décor accents that create a warm and welcoming environment. It has a small terrace with two armchairs to relax and enjoy Madrid’s good weather and nice street view.
This apartment is ideally located in beating the heart of the historic upscale Salamanca neighborhood, just meters from the famous Jorge Juan Street. Known for its exclusivity and elegance, the Salamanca neighborhood offers luxury at every turn. It offers exceptional shopping and dining where you will find a great variety of luxury brands and premium boutiques along with some of the best restaurants in the capital,
It is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods thanks to its sophisticated atmosphere and its tree-lined streets and beautiful historical buildings from 19th-century architecture, many with gorgeous ornate facades. Salamanca neighborhood has been compared to New York’s Upper East Side, and its famous Calle Serrano, to Fifth Avenue for its luxury stores and cosmopolitan flair.
Together with the Puerta de Alcalá, the marvelous Retiro Park -a gorgeous green oasis located four blocks from the apartment- is one of the great attractions to be found in his neighborhood where you can disconnect from the hassle of everyday life. There are also many good museums in the area, and the historical Mercado de la Paz, a gastro market where you can find gourmet ingredients and great quality fresh produce.
The hallway entrance is beautifully wood-paneled and leads to the open-plan design layout of the living-dining room area with a fully equipped modern kitchen with a sidebar with stools for a quick meal.
The living area has a cozy, tranquil, and joyous feeling featuring a light wooden floor, a two-seater sofa, two design armchairs, beautiful marble tables, a mustard-colored glass side table, and a TV console with a Smart TV. The modern dining room sits 6 people on a black wooden table in front of a wood-paneled wall following the same design as the apartment’s entrance.
The bedrooms are located along the right side of the corridor.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walking shower. It features a comfortable King size bed (1.80x2m) with a headboard and night tables with lamps. There is a vanity with a stool, a chest of drawers underneath a wall-mounted Smart TV, and plenty of built-in closets for storage space.
The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1.60mx2m), headboard and bedside tables, built-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom features a trundle bed with a pullout, lift-up bed included. The two mattresses are at the same height.  It can serve as a day bed as well. It has a night table. This room features a comfortable desk with a chair, a wall-mounted TV, and built-in closets.   It is perfect for a home office and TV room as well.
The third bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and also serves as a guest bathroom.
Lagasca IV is in a building from the 70s with a large lobby with no stairs at the entrance. There is an elevator and a Doorman.
The nearest metro station is Serrano.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Weekends, an additional fee of 30 € will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.
CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am. Contact us for the late check-out policy.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.

Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
