This modern and chic three-bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of the exclusive Salamanca district, which combines an elegant and sophisticated residential life with designer boutiques, great restaurants, and charming cafes.
Nuñez de Balboa IV is just two blocks away from the wonderful Retiro Park, the largest park in Madrid and the favorite spot to go for a stroll away from the busy city life to enjoy nature, fine sculptures, monuments, and art. The property is also three blocks away from the iconic Serrano Street (Madrid’s Fifth Avenue) where you will find
some of the most exclusive shopping in the capital. The Salamanca district is the area to stay if you are looking for luxury and beautiful XIX-century architecture and tree-lined streets.
The property has a fresh, modern look decorated with contemporary furnishing that is stylish, practical, and comfortable.
The entrance hall features a glass console with works of art. The main living area features a lounge and a dining area with three balconies. There is an L-shaped sofa in a neutral tone, a coffee table, a contemporary floor lamp, a cabinet with a Smart TV and a large format design mirror beautifully resting on the floor. A design dining table and four stylish purple and yellow velvet chairs under a modern glass lamp are ideal for formal meals. There is also a contemporary black & white sideboard with a group of fine original sculptures.
The modern kitchen is semi-open to the living area and has glossy white cabinets
with plenty of storage space. There is also a breakfast table with four chairs which is
ideal for informal or light meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line
appliances and everything guests need for a pleasant stay.
The rooms of this property are nice and comfortable. The master bedroom has a sleek design with a wooden wall from top to bottom that
creates a tranquil ambiance and frames the double bed (1.80×2.00m) and the two modern night tables with lamps. It has two windows to an interior patio, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a puff, and a number of built-in closets which provide ample storage. It has an ensuite bathroom with two basins and a walk-in shower. The apartment’s dryer is in this bathroom.
The second bedroom features a double bed (1.50×1.90m), one night table with a lamp, a desk with a chair, built-in closets, and an interior view.
The third bedroom has a double bed (1.60×2.00m) with night tables, a closet and a window with an interior view.
There is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower for these two bedrooms to share
which serves as a guest bathroom as well.
The building has the Carrefour express supermarket in front and is extremely well connected to the rest of Madrid with Velázquez and Retiro metro stops.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Payment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) 3.5% additional charge will apply for all American Express payments.
• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 44 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours
CHECK-OUT
12 pm.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
