Francisca Moreno I is beautifully lit with natural light thanks to its two large balconies. A narrow entrance hall with a console greets guests. The open plan layout is comprised of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The space has a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with a large L-shaped gray sofa with pillows that add a touch of color, a glass coffee table, and a large colorful painting on the wall. There is also a console and a Smart TV mounted on the wall. A round dining room table provides space for four guests to enjoy meals together.
Francisca Moreno is a small street greatly located between two emblematic streets in the capital -Calle Alcalá and Calle Goya- known as busy and commercial streets with the most varied shopping for every budget and taste. The property is also close to the WiZink Center concert hall which hosts a range of events throughout the year, and the El Corte Inglés department store, which is occupied by two large buildings on both sides of Calle Goya.
Two blocks away is also Principe de Vergara street, a lively wide street full of good restaurants, exclusive boutiques and cafés.
The apartment is very well connected with bus stops and Goya and Príncipe de Vergara metro stations meters away, allowing guests to move around the city with ease.

- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
