Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, caused by the coronavirus, we have been actively working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and of our team, supporting those impacted to the best of our ability,

​ To provide peace of mind, we recently adopted a new booking policy which allows guests to agree to a rescheduling option on any booking placed directly with us, until further notice.

We are working hard to reschedule for late autumn and winter holidays as well securing availability for 2021. Reservations can be postponed until December 2021.

Please also note that your safety is our top priority and because circumstances change daily, we are monitoring our destination Madrid through the Spanish Government updates on “travel advisory”, by the World Health Organisation and by the European Centre for Diseases Prevention.
