This property is ideal for a couple or family of 3 who wish to stay in a bright, modern and very tasteful home, to enjoy the most exciting Madrid.
The apartment is accessed through an entrance hall with a beautiful work of art made in blue wood, and a console. The living-dining area consists of an open plan, featuring a stunning original abstract painting that brings color and joy. You will find a two-seater sofa, coffee tables, a gorgeous designer black armchair, a TV cabinet with a smart TV and a beautiful black marble table. The modern round dining table seats 4 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has an outdoor window.
The main bedroom is very spacious and bright featuring a King size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a headboard, a nightstand on one side and a nice desk on the other. It has large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The second room has a single bed (0.90mx 1.90) with its nightstand and lamp, as well as built-in wardrobes.
The spacious and beautiful bathroom carries a walk-in shower, and is located in the entrance hall.
You will find a huge amount of storage space and closets there are many closets.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.
CHECK-IN
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.
CHECK-OUT

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
