The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a headboard with nightstands, artwork, a smart TV, a row of closets, and a beautiful vintage vanity from the 50s with a stool. It features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m each), a bedside table, built in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The entire apartment features wood floors, except for the bathrooms, which have ceramic tile floors.

- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.

(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.

Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
