Founded in 2017 by Venezuelan-Spanish entrepreneur Ana Teresa Fábregas, The Right Stay was born from a clear vision: to elevate real estate hospitality in Madrid to the standards of true luxury — where excellence defines everything we do.
We are a boutique company specializing in luxury monthly rentals and in the purchase and sale of exclusive properties across Madrid’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
Over the years, The Right Stay has become a benchmark in premium hospitality and high-end real estate management in Madrid, guiding clients through the search, acquisition, or sale of exclusive properties, as well as through exceptional stay experiences.

Why The Right Stay?
When I left Caracas and moved to Madrid in 2014, I brought with me years of experience as an art advisor, along with a perspective shaped by sensitivity, aesthetics, cosmopolitanism, and the value of personal experience. I was seeking a new path — and soon, an opportunity became clear. Madrid revealed itself as a vibrant city, increasingly desired by those from Latin America and around the world who dreamed of living, investing, or spending time here.
Many friends and clients came to me seeking guidance in finding the right place, and I realized that the city lacked a real estate service that combined aesthetic sensibility, professionalism, and a truly human approach.
That realization led to the creation of The Right Stay — conceived to offer a refined, tailor-made service, where luxury is expressed through discretion, courtesy, and impeccable dedication to every need. For us, it’s about listening deeply, anticipating with care, and approaching every detail with genuine attention.
