One includes a pair of elegant blue velvet armchairs and a coffee table, set against a striking feature wall with a decorative niche for vertically stacked natural wood, reminiscent of a fireplace, alongside a second niche displaying artwork, an adjacent bookcase filled with books, and a further niche softly styled with candles behind a glass panel.
Altogether, this composition brings warmth, texture, and character to the space. Another sitting area features two leather armchairs beside the window, creating a charming setting for reading or quiet conversation. The main living area, designed for pure relaxation, includes two sofas — a striking yellow sofa and a beige sofa — together with a large iron coffee table, beautiful artwork on the walls, and a wall-mounted TV. A large window frames spectacular views over the neighbourhood, further enhancing the apartment’s bright and spacious atmosphere.
Set within the independent kitchen, the dining area is centred around a round wooden table seating up to six guests. The kitchen also enjoys lovely views of the church across the street, creating a particularly charming setting for both dining and a relaxed morning coffee.
The exceptionally spacious principal bedroom has been decorated in a serene palette of blue and white, creating a restful and inviting retreat. It enjoys wonderful exterior views towards the church and features two balconies, allowing guests to step outside and take in the setting. The room is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200), bedside tables with lamps, a brown leather bench at the foot of the bed, and ample storage within bespoke fitted wardrobes. It also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a bedside table, a TV, and custom-made wardrobes. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds placed together, bedside lamps, a chair, bespoke wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. A third bathroom serves both the second bedroom and guests.
The apartment also includes a separate laundry area in the hallway, while the entrance to the bedroom area is enhanced by a beautiful coffered ceiling, adding further charm and architectural character to the home.

CONDICIONES DE PAGO
• 70% de pago anticipado: Los huéspedes deberán pagar el 70% del importe total de la estancia al hacer la reserva, si esta se
realiza con 30 días o más de antelación a la fecha de check-in. El 30% restante deberá abonarse 20 días antes de la fecha de
check-in.
• Pago del 100%: Los huéspedes deberán pagar el monto total (100%) de la estancia cuando la reserva se realice 30 días o
menos antes de la fecha de check-in.
Los pagos se realizan online mediante tarjeta bancaria (débito o crédito) o mediante transferencia bancaria. Para ello,
proporcionamos un enlace de pago por correo electrónico tras recibir tu solicitud de reserva.

(*) Se aplicará un cargo adicional del 3.5% para todos los pagos realizados con American Express.

• Reembolso del 100% si la cancelación se realiza 45 días o más antes del día de llegada.
• Reembolso del 50% si la cancelación se realiza entre 44 y 15 días antes del día de llegada.
• Las cancelaciones realizadas con 14 días o menos antes del día de llegada no tendrán derecho a reembolso.

cercanas en la ciudad de Madrid que puedan ocasionar molestias o inconvenientes a los huéspedes.
MODIFICACIONES
Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar el inmueble alquilado por otro de características similares o mejores, en caso de
eventos excepcionales y justificados. Estos cambios no implicarán ningún costo adicional para el huésped.
