The posh Barrio de Salamanca has long been known as the residence of Madrid’s high society, famous for its beautiful classic buildings, tree-lined streets, designer boutiques, fine dining, monuments, museums, large avenues, and the most beautiful park in Madrid, the Retiro park.
Our brand new Aguirre I apartment is one such unique space, nicely decorated with modern furniture and fantastically located just steps from Retiro Park, and next to the Casa Árabe. Around the corner is Alcalá Street with commerce of all sorts and a roundabout concentration of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment is filled with natural light and beautiful views of the Moorish architecture of the Casa Árabe. The small living/dining area has a sofa, two leather armchairs, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 6. The narrow modern kitchen is next to the entrance facing the full bath with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed (1.60m x 1.90m) with built-in closets, and an integrated working spot with a desk and a chair.
All properties managed by The Right Stay are intended exclusively for temporary non-tourist accommodation needs and fully comply with the requirements established in current regulations, including Royal Decree 1312/2024.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.
CHECK-IN
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.
CHECK-OUT
12:00 p.m.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
