Located on a 5th floor in a classic building with a small elevator. The elevator lands between the 4th and 5th floor.
With such an ideal location in one of Madrid’s most coveted neighbourhoods, Barrio de Salamanca, this home is sure to please. t’s common knowledge that this neighborhood is synonymous with class and elegance.
Outside your front door, you’ll find yourself next to Príncipe de Vergara Street and few meters away from the gorgeous and elegant Retiro Park. Within a ten-minute stroll you will arrive to the famous Puerta de Alcalá and Serrano Street with its many designer shops, and the Golden Mile overflowing with luxe attractions shops, cafes, and restaurants.
This home is unique – while it’s nestled in the bustling Alcalá Street-, it offers peace and tranquillity, A perfect base for a family or a group of friends, it boasts all the comforts to make your stay a memorable and relaxing one. Ideal for those who desire as central an address as possible while having the comforts of modern living at hand.
You’ll feel instantly embraced by the warmth and the airy, light-filled, and good vibe of the open-plan space. Decorated with abstract paintings and modern casual furniture, the living area is divided into two ambiances and features plenty of room for unwinding on its plush sofas and armchairs for evenings of movies and wine. You’ll also benefit from the two floor-to-ceiling balconies that flood the room with light and provide nice views of the chic Jorge Juan Street.
The living area and kitchen an innately social place for guests to gather. Enjoy a good meal at the round dining table that sits six under a beautiful designer lamp. The stylish fully-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with three stools and sleek wood cabinets.
There is a separate laundry space with separate washer and dryer, and a guest bathroom near the apartment’s entrance.
For a night of restful sleep, two nice bedrooms await, each with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a headboard, stylish night tables with lamps, an armchair, console with a smart TV and tons of storage inside the built-in closets. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom comes with a double bed (1.40m x 1.90m), headboard and two night tables. There is lots of storage space due to the large built-in closets. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walking shower.
Such is the good location of Alcalá III that just steps from the building’s front door you will find everything you need, from grocery stores, a butcher, cafes, and one of the best ice creams in town, to a pharmacy, and Principe de Vergara metro station.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours

12 pm.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
