This beautiful, modern apartment with a contemporary décor is very well located in the Ibiza neighborhood of the Retiro district, next to the emblematic Retiro Park -Madrid´s fantastic green space and oasis- from which it gets its name.
It is one of the nicest areas to live in Madrid, where you can experience the concept of a real Madrilean neighborhood integrated with is inhabitants. Ibiza is basically a residential area that boasts also busy streets with countless stores and good restaurants and gastrobars. Here, traditional taverns coexist with trendy restaurants and they stand as articulators of social life and meeting place of many neighbors.
The Ibiza neighborhood borders the upscale, elegant area of Salamanca, the traditional luxury neighborhood where you will find the most famous designer boutiques and great dining options.
The building has been recently renovated, with a new elevator and lobby. It has a doorman and is located on the Alcalde Sainz de Baranda boulevard, less than four blocks from the Retiro Park. The famous Retiro is the perfect place to take a stroll away form the busy city life and enjoy one of the most beautiful public parks in the world.
The apartment is located on a 3rd floor with exterior views to the boulevard. The entrance leads to a large open-plan area comprised of the modern fully equipped white kitchen and dining room with a wooden table, chairs and a built-in bench to sit six people.
Adjacent to this area is the spacious living room full of natural light thanks to the its two exterior windows. The living room has a fresh, contemporary decor, furnished with two very comfortable three-seater sofas, two coffee tables, four stools with faux fur cow upholstery , side tables with lamps, a built-in library and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (160x190cm) with an upholstered headboard and night tables. The room has a built-in bookcase, a desk with chair below a wall-mounted Smart TV, large built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (90x190cm each) a night table with lamp and built-in closets.
There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The entire apartment has wooden floors except for the tiled bathrooms.
The apartment’s location offers multitude of transportation options, allowing guests to explore the rest of Madrid with ease.

DINING TIPS: Among the restaurants to visit in the Ibiza neighborhood, we can highlight Taberna Laredo, La Castela, Arzábal, La Raquetista, La Montería, Kirikata, La Tasquería de Javi Estévez, Triana, Salino, Sa Brisa.
A recently open establishment is Florida Retiro, right in the Retiro Park, which comprises various restaurants and terraces. The main space offers a dinner+show cabaret experience.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%: Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%: Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer. We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).
CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.
CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am. Contact us for late check-out policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
