Ayala IV has one of the best locations in Madrid, just around the corner from the elegant Velázquez street, with famous designer boutiques and excellent restaurants in the area. It is centrally located in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood, known for its elegant buildings and tree-lined streets. The apartment is just one block from the Mercado de La Paz, the most famous gastro market in the city, with a variety of food options for lunch.
This modern, sophisticated apartment is one of the most exclusive properties we offer. It is decorated with a unique contemporary style, with top-of-the-line designer furniture, beautiful decor pieces, attention to details and impeccable architectural finishes.
It is a corner property with a spacious open-plan layout with plenty of natural light thanks to its five windows with views to both Ayala and Velázquez streets. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the marble bathrooms.
The living room is furnished with a large modern sofa, a day bed, two yellow armchairs, a coffee table with a contemporary stool underneath, a side table. Next to it you can find a special spot with a comfortable checkered-like armchair, a side table, a contemporary style console and a lamp, the perfect space to chill and relax.
At the entrance you will find a console and a design modular unit with a large Smart flat TV. Two chaisse longue sofas are placed in front of the TV to relax after a long day.
The white marble dining table has seats for eight people and a beautiful design lamp. The elegant kitchen is open to the living area, it is fully equipped and carries top-of-the-line appliances.
The master bedroom is very spacious. It is fitted with a comfortable king-size design bed (1.80×2.00m), built-in bedside tables, a console and an armchair with side table. The room has a private terrace. It also has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a modern tub, a walk-in shower, a make-up vanity and a separate large dressing room. The bathroom opens to a small terrace.
The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60×2.00m), two bedside tables, a console and, built-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a double bed (1.50×2.00m), two bedside tables, built-in closets, a desk with a chair and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also a guest bathroom at the entrance of the home and a Laundry room with a sink and separate washer and dryer.
The building has an attic with a swimming pool and an area for sunbathing, with wonderful views of the city rooftops.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Weekends, an additional fee of 30 € will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.
CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am. Contact us for the late check-out policy.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
