This apartment boasts character, elegance and style with a central location in Almagro, a traditional elegant neighborhood of Chamberí, with a quiet, peaceful residential atmosphere free from the capital’s bustling touristy downtown. The apartment is greatly located In Blanca de Navarra, a small, exclusive street two blocks from the famous Paseo de la Castellana, three blocks from Génova street that connects to Plaza Colón, just four blocks away.
Blanca de Navarra I is a dúplex apartment, located on a mezzanine and ground floor. It is stylish, spacious, and comfortable three-bedroom apartment with a classic and modern design combined with fine architectural details. It features designer furniture and attractive artworks.
The apartment features an entrance hall with a courtesy toilet, a stylish modern living room with a fireplace and French balconies with views of the street. The elegant decor in tones of greys and bone combines designer furniture with vintage armchairs creating a pleasant atmosphere with careful placement of details. Opposite to the fireplace, you find a wall mounted, built in flat Smart TV above two grey armchairs. On the other side of this home you find a sleek modern open kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and storage. It features a breakfast bar with three stools and comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything guests might need. There is a laundry room with separate washer and dryer.
The kitchen is open to the beautiful dining area with a rectangular table and contemporary purple chairs that sits 8 people and a gorgeous art deco sideboard that is a piece de resistance. There is also a hidden bar space.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.80×2.00m) and the third bedroom features a single bed and a desk. There is a full bathroom to be shared by these two bedrooms.
The bedrooms are on the lower level which one access through the stairs located on the entrance hall. There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed (2x2m) an original Eames chair with an ottoman, a wall mounted Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. From this room, you have access to the private terrace.
The property is located in an elegant turn-of-the-century building with beautiful classical façade, and a gorgeous carriage entrance. It has an elevator and a doorman.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%: Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%: Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer. We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.

Mandatory cleaning every 10 days (2 hours min., 15€/hour).
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
