You access the apartment through a hallway leading to a bright open-plan living area, due to two large floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space with natural light. The decor is fresh and modern. It features a comfortable sofa bed and armchair, small side and coffee tables along with a large black-and-white rug and decor accents. It comes with a large smart flat-screenTV.
The white dining table and modern chairs sit six people. The kitchen opens to the living area and is fully equipped with high end appliances and all necessary utensils.
Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and premium quality mattresses, padded headboards, smart flat-screen TVs, built-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms are both very bright.
The whole apartment has Microcement floors, except for the bathrooms which have ceramic tile floors.
With the convenience of a Carrefour supermarket and a pharmacy across the street, plus fabulous shops, restaurants and businesses of all kinds. Metro stations Velázquez and Príncipe de Vergara.

- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.
CHECK-IN
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.
CHECK-OUT
12:00 p.m.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
