Waking up to this view each day doesn’t come around often. It invites you to sip a morning coffee before heading out to soak up the city or enjoy a glass of wine and a good read once you get back after a tiring day.
This home is located in the exclusive and elegant Barrio de Salamanca – a neighborhood known for its posh boutiques, gracious streets lined with trees and classic architecture, beautiful parks and museums- housing high-end designer shops, restaurants, cafés, and services. Whether you want flagship designer stores, high-end jewellery, or just to stroll and gaze the beautiful Madrilean classical architecture, this home couldn’t be any more conveniently located.
Boasting a prime location, Castelló II is just less than two blocks from the famous Retiro Park, the most important park in Madrid, and one of the most popular places to visit. It has 118 hectares of green space in the very centre of the city and it is packed with beautiful monuments, galleries, statues, lakes and magnificent buildings. Whatever’s on your itinerary, you’ll have no trouble ticking things off the list – the Puerta de Alcalá, Serrano Street (Madrid´s Fifth Avenue) are no more than four blocks away, and the Museo del Prado, Thyssen Museum, and other museums are all within a twenty-minute walk.
The interior has been tastefully decorated meaning you’ll be welcomed with open arms by this home from the moment you step through the door. As soon as you enter you will experience a home flooded with natural light everywhere.
The apartment is dressed with modern furnishings and tasteful décor accents. The neutral tones, wooden floors and touches of colors, together with colorful original artworks complement each other to provide a calm sense of homeliness. Enjoy the chic living room set-up with sliding crystal windows that bring in plenty of natural light and open up to the glorious terrace with gorgeous views featuring contemporary outdoor furniture –an outdoor lounge and a dining table for six.
Make yourself comfortable on the dining and living open-plan which features an exposed wooden column, a dining table with seating for six, a contemporary grey sideboard, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a blue armchair, tables, a gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. There is also a dedicated workspace here with a desk and chair – making it an ideal base for those in town on business too.
The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is right in front of the dining area, with a breakfast table for two.
You’ll love waking up in any of the three comfortable bedrooms with their hotel-quality linens, luxury toiletries, and modern en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is also a guest bathroom for visitors.
The master bedroom is reached through its spacious walking closet with plenty of storage space. The bedroom opens up to the terrace boasting a beautiful view and plenty of natural light. It has a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), headboard with night tables, a super comfortable armchair and a wall mounted Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks and a walking shower.
The second and third bedrooms feature one double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) in each one with headboards and night tables, and also en-suite bathrooms with walking showers.
The apartment is the perfect home for a family or couples traveling together. It has a well connected location where public transportation is available steps away. The closest metro stations are Príncipe de Vergara and Velázquez.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours
CHECK-OUT
12 pm.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
