This stylish, chic and modern one-bedroom modern apartment boasts a unique classy design, a dreamy interior and great distribution.

Located on a 4th floor with an exterior view to Claudio Coello street, it is the perfect choice for a person or a couple who wish to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. It is one block from the luxurious Serrano street -Madrid´s 5th Avenue-, next to Ortega y Gasset street with its best designer firms boutiques, and two blocks from Velázquez street.  It is walking distance to the famous Retiro Park -Madrid’s largest and most elegant park- a magnificent place for a stroll.

CLAUDIO COELLO I is located in the Salamanca district, certainly one of the best and most exclusive neighbourhoods in which to live in the city. It is known for its elegant buildings, tree-lines streets, great restaurants, cafés and high-end boutiques, including the internationally famous designer brands. This area is called ‘The Golden Mile’, which is the best boutique shopping district in the city.

The apartment is beautifully decorated filled with works of art and designer furniture, including an original Eames chair with ottoman.

The entrance to the apartment leads directly into an ingenuously designed contemporary kitchen with terracota coloured built-in cabinets and a table and chairs for a quick bite.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything else guests need during their stay.  There is a washer/dryer behind the cabinets.

The open-plan living area is very features lots of natural light thanks to the three balconies with exterior beautiful views. There is a built in bookcase with a desk and chair for home working, a dining table that sits 4 people, and the sitting area.   Two comfortable designer sofas, side tables, a glass coffee table, an Eames chair with ottoman and two-of-a-kind blue square stools for decoration complete the living room, together with a Smart TV.  Gorgeous contemporary artworks are displayed in the apartment’s walls spicing up the interior and giving it a touch of class.

The bedroom is fitted with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, a and built-in closets. It has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The entire apartment has wood flooring.

The building has a classical facade and has an elevator.

Its central location makes it easy to move around the city quickly and comfortably. The closest stations to the apartment are Serrano and Núñez de Balboa.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%:  Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%:  Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.

All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer.  We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).

CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours. 
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged. 
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.

CHECK-OUT
Before 11:00 am.  Contact us for late check-out policy.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning every 10 days (2 hours min., 15€/hour).

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.

RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
