This apartment boasts character, elegance and style with a central location in Almagro, a traditional elegant and stylish neighbourhood of Chamberí, with a quiet, peaceful residential atmosphere free from the capital’s bustling touristy downtown. It is a quintessentially Madrilian castizo neighbourhood where one can really enjoy typical and authentic Madrid, its local markets and authentic tapas restaurants combined with contemporary fare and lively atmosphere that attract young international professionals along with natives.
The apartment is greatly located In Fernández de la Hoz street, two blocks from the famous Paseo de la Castellana, one block from the Sorolla Museum and three blocks from the trendy Ponzano street, the hotspot for food lovers and lively nightlife which has rocketed in popularity for its variety of good restaurants, taverns and bars.
Fernandez de la Hoz I is a spacious, cozy and comfortable three-bedroom apartment with a classic and modern design combined with fine architectural details. It features an attractive entrance hall with stylish mirrored built in closets and a beautiful dresser.
The large open-plan main living space has been spatially divided into three sections: the sitting area, the reading and TV area and the dining area, and features four balconies with beautiful exterior view to a church in front of the building. The living room is furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and three armchairs, a side table with lamp, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace. The other space features a couple of three-seater sofas, coffee tables, a built-in library, a Smart TV, a Persian rug and a beautiful textile hanging on the wall.
The dining area has an antique round wooden table with upholstered mustard chairs to comfortably seat six people, a beautiful lamp from the the 50s and a Persian rug.
The sleek modern kitchen is completely independent and has plenty of space for cooking and for storage. It features a breakfast bar with two chairs and comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything guests might need.
The master bedroom has exterior views and is fitted with a 1.60 x 1.90m double bed, two antique night tables with mirrored built in closets, an antique dresser with a Smart TV, a fabulous and spacious walking closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is fitted with a twin-size trundle bed (0.90 x 1.90m) a bedside table, and a small closet.
The third bedroom has a two single beds (0,90m x 1.90m), one bedside table with lamp, an armchair, built-in closets and an en suite bathroom with a walk-ing shower and closet with separate washer and a dryer. There is a third bathroom with a walk-in shower that also serves as a guest bathroom.
The apartment is on a 1st floor. The building itself has a classical façade with an elevator and a concierge. It has easy access to bus and metro stations, being the nearest metro stations: Gregorio Marañón, Iglesia and Alonso Cano.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%: Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%: Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer. We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).
CHECK-IN
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.

Before 11:00 am. Contact us for late check-out policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
