This beautiful apartment is an ideal home for a family looking for comfort and a great location in the center of Madrid. It is the perfect combination of comfort, style, and location.
Located in the lovely Barrio de Las Letras, where great literary figures of the Spanish Golden Age lived, it is one of the most charming and liveliest areas of the Spanish capital that still retains an aura of history and tradition in its architecture, its narrow cobblestone streets, its many pedestrian streets, and its tranquility. It retains a bohemian flavor and magic quality that makes it unique in the world.
The neighborhood is also famous for its proximity to many of Madrid’s points of greatest interest, such as the popular and lively Plaza de Santa Ana, one of the spots most frequented by locals and visitors, ideal for having a drink on one of its typical terraces and bars. In addition, you will be close to Paseo del Prado, home to famous museums such as the Prado Museum, as well as the Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Reina Sofía museums, must-see places to visit in the capital. Caixa Forum and Tabacalera are two other two art exhibition spaces located in the area, offering guests the chance to enjoy some of the best art collections in the world.
Fúcar I lies west of the famous Retiro Park -one of the most beautiful parks in the world- which is just 14 minutes walking distance and is also a 7-minute walk to the Royal Botanical Garden. These two are great places for a relaxing stroll through nature and colorful flowers.
Guests can enjoy an array of interesting and peculiar shops, nice restaurants, and traditional tapas bars which are a big attraction for tourists. The neighborhood boasts great nightlife activity around the Calle Huertas and the mentioned Plaza de Santa Ana.
As you walk into this 3-bedroom apartment you will find yourself next to a small foyer and an open-plan kitchen and a beautiful living-dining area. This space has two large balconies that receive plenty of natural light.
The comfortable and fully equipped kitchen features two traditional wooden columns and modern wooden cabinets. Adjacent is a large laundry room which also serves as a storage space for suitcases.
The beautiful, modern living room is decorated with good taste featuring a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a standing lamp, a Google Home assistant, a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to six people.
Opposite the living area are the bedrooms, preceded by a cozy sitting room with an armchair, coffee tables, a bookcase, and a small desk.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,50m x 1,90m), two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, built-in closets, large wall-mounted Smart TV, and an en suite large marble bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The other two bedrooms feature double beds (each 1,50m x 1,90m), bedside tables with lamps, built-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms both providing walk-in showers and large mirrors.
The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms which are tiled.
Thanks to its central location, the apartment is well connected to the rest of the capital with transport options available in the area. The nearest metro station is Antón Martin, three blocks away.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
