Located on the 4th Floor of a classical building with an elevator and Doorman.
This bright stylish apartment is on one of the nicest streets of the elegant Barrio de Salamanca, one of Madrid’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Known for its broad tree-lined avenues, beautiful, majestic facades, and elegant buildings, the Salamanca neighborhood is home to plenty of very good restaurants, brand names boutiques, and the best high-end shopping in the capital.
Location is within walking distance to many important venues, and also one block from the iconic Velázquez Street, four blocks from famous Serrano Street (Madrid’s Fifth Avenue), and four blocks from the amazing Retiro Park, a large open park with rolling grass, lots of trees and shrubs and flowers, a huge lake with beautiful architecture, museums, and the beautiful Cristal Palace.
The apartment has been completely renovated with a clean, contemporary design that will guarantee great comfort and a pleasant stay. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.
Hermosilla II features a high ceiling with architectural details and has been decorated in a wonderful modern style combined with accents of antique furniture, abstract art, and elements that give a unique style and character to the property.
Access is direct to the kitchen on your left and to the dining and living area to your right. The open-plan modern living room and dining are very bright due to the two charming balconies with beautiful views. The enclosed antique balcony has a table and two chairs which is the ideal spot where you can relax, eat and have a nice cup of wine enjoying a nice view of Hermosilla Street. The other is an open balcony with two chairs.
The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, two modern armchairs, a modern rug, an antique wooden console with a crystal chandelier above, and a smart TV. It is decorated with modern furniture in neutral, well-balanced gray tones. The dining room has a round table with Cesca chairs that sit people. Next to it, you will find a golden antique mirror and a contemporary white Eames rocking chair.
The modern kitchen is spacious with grey units which contrast against the beautiful wooden floor. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable coffee station and bar.
The three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living area.
The gorgeous master bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, and elegant, and is fitted with a King-size bed (180 x 200 m) with two classy night tables with lamps, a small desk with a chair, a contemporary leather armchair, a built-in closet with a Smart TV and a safety box. It has an ensuite bathroom with a brown marble countertop and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 m) with a headboard, two night tables with lamps, a chair, and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom is simpler with two twin beds (each 0.90×1.90m), a chest of drawers, and built-in closets.
The second bathroom features a marble sink on an antique chest of drawers and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is the guest bathroom featuring elegant chic wallpaper, a marble modern basin, an antique table, and décor accents.
The apartment is located in an area that is very well connected to the rest of the city through public transportation links. Velázquez metro station is less than a block away.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours

Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
