The apartment is just two blocks from Serrano Street—Madrid’s “Fifth Avenue”—and only steps from the iconic Retiro Park, as well as minutes from the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza, and the Reina Sofía. With all essential services close at hand, Mercado de la Paz is also just a short walk away—a well-known gourmet market with an excellent variety of food stalls, perfect for a relaxed tapas day.

ABOUT PROPERTY
The entrance opens into a welcoming hall that flows into the dining area, where a modern wooden console, an abstract black-and-white painting, and sculptural accents set the tone. To the right, the spacious living room features three balconies overlooking Lagasca Street and showcases original abstract artworks and a curated photograph. Styled with striking cobalt-blue rugs, it is arranged into two stylish lounge areas: one with a comfortable three-seater sofa, coffee table, and accent seating, and a second, more intimate space with a fireplace, two armchairs, a distinctive orange glass side table, and lush greenery.
The dining area features seating for up to six guests, complemented by mustard leather chairs, a designer statement lamp, and two large mirrors that enhance the sense of space and light.
The fully equipped kitchen features a modern, semi-enclosed layout and is located right next to the dining area. It opens onto the hall that leads to the family room and bedrooms, and includes a separate laundry room which adds extra convenience.
The bedrooms are set on the opposite side of the apartment, offering a peaceful and private retreat. This area also features a spacious family room with a Smart TV, an L-shaped sofa, and a coffee table—ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.
The master suite includes a super king bed (2.00m x 2.00m), a wall-mounted TV, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), built-in storage, and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, while the third bathroom—located in the hallway—serves both the third bedroom and guests.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.

Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
