- ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This beautiful 3-Bedroom apartment is located n Madrid´s most exclusive neighborhood, known for its tree lined streets and elegant architecture. It is the home of elite boutique shops and a great variety of good restaurants. Nuñez de Balboa I is surrounded by the most prestigious streets in Madrid: Serrano, Velázquez and Ortega y Gasset streets, with easy access to cultural, gastronomic and commercial spaces. It is steps from El Retiro Park and a 9 minute walk from Puerta de Alcalá and the famous Serrano Street.
Núñez de Balboa I is a spacious and very bright home styled with modern decor. It is on the 3rd floor of a classical building with a doorman. It has an interior view of a very large patio.
The front door opens to an attractive foyer entrance in the form of a hall with windows on each side, a stylish large wooden table, and two lamps that set the tone for the rest of the home. It leads to the living room and dining area. Furnished with two comfortable modern sofas and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall. You will also find a comfortable leather armchair with an ottoman where you can rest after a day out as well as an elegant bar cabinet made of wood.
The dining room is next to the living room and sits up to six people.
The living-dining areas feature three very large windows that open up to a long balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy days with nice weather.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area and is fully equipped with everything guests need for a pleasant stay.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m), a fabric headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, an upholstered chair, and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall. The soothing colors and refreshing decor provide an ideal space to rest and for a good night’s sleep. It also features a spacious walking closet and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00m), two-night tables with lamps, largely built-in closets, and an ensuite modern bathroom with a walking shower.
The third room has a trundle (two twin beds). There is a third full bathroom that serves also guests.
The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
• Prepayment of 100%: Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
• Prepayment of 30%: Guests shall prepay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% must be received 15 days before the check-in date.
All payments should be made online using a bank card or by a bank transfer. We provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.
No cash payments are accepted, and we don't accept card details in order to make the charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 3.5% additional will apply for payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge).
From 9 am to 8 pm. Extra charges apply for check-ins outside these hours.
For Check-in after 8:00 pm or on Sunday, an additional fee of 30 €will be charged.
For Check-in before 9 am. and after 11:00 pm., a 50 € fee will apply.

Mandatory cleaning every 10 days (2 hours min., 15€/hour).
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days and between 15 to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks notification before the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund.
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
