Justicia, or Salesas -as this neighborhood is also called- has emerged as the trendiest and one of the most sought-after venues of the capital, thanks to its great location, delightful and picturesque streets, charming plazas, and offbeat spirit. It is a vibrant, forward-thinking, spirited, innovative, and entertaining neighborhood with a boho-chic vibe and a casual atmosphere.  It offers both high quality of life and quiet calm. An ideal place for design and art lovers, it offers a wide array of places to enjoy from multi-brand clothing boutiques to concept stores and cutting-edge shops, some of the best contemporary art galleries, very good bookstores, hip restaurants and bars, and posh cafes.

Plaza de Salesas I is an elegant home with high-quality architectural accents, beautiful high ceilings with original antique moldings, a crystal chandelier, original window panes, and a modern design.   It has been decorated with neutral grey tones combining modern furniture with exclusive contemporary art. The apartment’s open-concept interior brings together the living, dining room, and kitchen in a bright space with large windows and traditional balconettes as well as an enclosed glass balcony with antique ironwork. A beautiful antique fireplace with a Venetian mirror on top, and the colorful paintings and photographies become the center of attention.
The living room features an L-shaped designer leather sofa, coffee tables, and a couple of armchairs. The dining table seats six people on leather chairs. The fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and cabinets is open to the living area and has a breakfast bar with three stools.
There is a good size family room in the bedroom area. It is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed (1.60m x 1.90m), a built-in desk and chair with a Smart TV, and plenty of built-in closets for storage space.
The spacious bright master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), two retro bedside tables, built-in closets, a Smart LOEWE TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom is very spacious as well with a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), bedside tables, an armchair, a console, plenty of built-in closets, and a Smart TV. There is a second bathroom that comes with a walk-in shower.
There is a modern guest bathroom at the apartment’s entrance.

• Please note a 30 € weekly mandatory cleaning will be schedule upon arrival. Laundry Bedding and bathroom linen laundry will be optional.
PAYMENTS
• 30% Prepayment: Guests will pay 30% of the total amount of the stay when the booking is made 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. The remaining 70% of your stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date.
• 100% Prepayment:Guests shall prepay the full amount (100%) of the stay when the booking is made 30 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Payments should be made online using a bank card (debit or credit) or by a bank transfer. When paying online we provide a payment link by e-mail upon receipt of your booking request.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am. to 8 pm.
A check-in fee of 60€ will be charged outside these hours
CHECK-OUT
12 pm.

NOT INCLUDED
Mandatory cleaning one a week (2 hours min., 15€/hour). Changing of bed or bathroom linen is not included.
Change of bed linen: 15 € per set of bedsheets. The Duvet cover is extra: 10 €
Change of towels: 10 € per set of 3 towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the arrival day.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is made from 45 to 15 days before the arrival day.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less from the arrival day will not be entitled to a refund.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within 15 days after the departure date as long as the apartment does not show any damage.
RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTIONS
The Right Stay is not responsible for any renovations being carried out within or outside the buildings or nearby construction sites in the city of Madrid, which may cause disturbances and inconvenience to guests.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for one with similar or better characteristics, in the case of exceptional and justified events. These changes shall be at no extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
DEPOSIT
The refundable deposit is returned within approximately 15 days after departure and once the flat has been reviewed and shows no damage.
