This 240 m2 apartment offers three elegant bedrooms designed for rest and privacy, a beautifully appointed semi-open kitchen, and spacious living areas finished with exceptional attention to detail. Soft neutral tones, premium materials, and high-quality finishes create a serene, refined atmosphere—ideal for longer stays. The layout has been planned to enhance both flow and natural light, with a generous living and dining area framed by large windows and three balconies that open onto the city, bringing warmth and brightness throughout.

A welcoming entrance hall features a console and an abstract artwork, setting the tone on arrival. It also acts as a natural divider between the social spaces and the bedroom wing.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.
CHECK-IN
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.
CHECK-OUT

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
