Location is walking distance to many important venues, two blocks from famous Serrano Street (Madrid’s Fifth Avenue) 12 min. by car from the amazing Retiro Park, a large open park with rolling grass, lots of trees and shrubs and flowers, a huge lake with beautiful architecture, museums, and the outstanding Cristal Palace.

Upon entering, you will encounter a stunning large white wooden relief -an architectural panel that conceals the open kitchen, creating a very special and welcoming atmosphere.

The spacious and bright living and dining areas feature three large windows that overlook the street, filling the home with natural light. The apartment’s style is contemporary classic, with beautiful architectural details such as exposed brick walls and wood paneling. The social area is furnished with a modern L-shaped sofa, a TV console, artwork, and a dining table with a sideboard. 

The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—including an air fryer—and features a separate laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer.

The three bedrooms each feature double beds with headboards. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), night tables, a chest of drawers, a built-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm), night tables, built-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom also includes a wall-mounted TV.

There is an additional guest bathroom near the apartment’s entrance.

The apartment is in an area well-connected to the rest of the city via public transportation, with Núñez de Balboa metro station just a short distance away.
