A smart flat-screen TV is mounted on the console, and the dining area comfortably seats four. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you’ll need for a delightful stay.
The bedroom, separated by elegant sliding solid wood doors, boasts a modern double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two bedside tables, and a chair. A wooden ceiling fan enhances comfort, while a spacious dressing room offers ample storage. The ensuite bathroom is both modern and comfortable, featuring a walk-in shower.
As a warm welcome, guests receive a complimentary Welcome Pack filled with gourmet treats, along with luxury L’Occitane amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, and a bar of soap. We provide luxurious hotel-quality bedding made from 100% cotton with a 300-thread count from Portugal, as well as soft white towels crafted from 100% cotton (550 g/m) for your comfort.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 70% advance payment: Guests must pay 70% of the total stay amount when booking 30 days or more before check-in. The remaining 30% is due 20 days before check-in.
- 100% payment: Guests must pay the full amount when booking 30 days or less before check-in.
Payments are made online via debit or credit card or bank transfer. We provide a payment link by email after receiving your booking request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express*.
(*) A 3.5% surcharge applies for all payments made with American Express.
MANDATORY CLEANING
Please note a mandatory weekly cleaning of €30 will be scheduled upon arrival. Laundry for bedding and towels is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if canceled 45 days or more before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled between 44 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Deposit refunded within 15 days after checkout, provided no damages.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
€60 fee for check-ins outside this schedule.

RENOVATIONS & CONSTRUCTION
The Right Stay is not responsible for renovations inside or outside buildings or nearby construction in Madrid that may cause inconvenience.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to replace the rented property with another of similar or better features in exceptional and justified cases. No extra cost to the guest.
RESTRICTIONS
No smoking, no pets, no parties allowed.
